Delivery Time and Processing The product is digital.
You will receive it in your email as soon as your order is processed. This will happen no later than within 24 hours.

Payment Methods Secure Payment Methods
TKR Store uses secure and reliable payment processors. You can pay for your order using several different methods:
Finnish Payment Service: We use Paytrail Oyj as our payment processor, which enables payments with all the most common Finnish banks (e.g., Osuuspankki, Nordea, S-Pankki) as well as credit and debit cards.
International and Digital Payments: Card payments: Visa, Mastercard. Mobile payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay. Other services: PayPal.
All payment transactions are protected with an encrypted connection.
Privacy Policy
We process personal data on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:

General Terms and Conditions GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TKR Store)
These terms apply to the contractual relationship between TKR Store (hereinafter the “Seller”) and the customer ordering from the Seller's online store (hereinafter the “Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms.
1. Formation of the Contract and Scope 1.1. Contract: These terms enter into force when the Customer places an order through the online store and pays for it. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order. 1.2. Customer: The Customer must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian.
2. Prices and Payment 2.1. Prices: Product prices are in euros (€) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) at the time. 2.2. Payment Methods: The available payment methods are those specified on the Payment Methods page of the online store. Payment processing is handled by third parties, such as Paytrail Oyj. 2.3. Payment Failure: The Seller is not obligated to deliver products until payment has been fully received.
3. Delivery 3.1. The product is digital, so delivery is free of charge and occurs no later than within 24 hours after order processing.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns 4.1. Right of Withdrawal: The product is digital, so we do not process withdrawals, except on a case-by-case basis. 4.2. Refund: If we decide to approve a withdrawal/return in a specific case, we will refund the paid amount to the Customer using the original payment method from the order.
5. Liability for Defects and Complaints 5.1. Defect: A product is considered defective if it does not conform to the agreement or is faulty. 5.2. Complaint: The Customer must notify the Seller of any detected defect in the product without delay, and always before a return, by email to tkrstore.info. 5.3. Remedial Measures: The Seller will primarily attempt to repair the defect, deliver a replacement defect-free product, or provide a price reduction.
6. Intellectual Property Rights All content on the online store, such as texts, images, and logos, is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 7.1. Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by Finnish law. 7.2. Dispute Resolution: Consumer disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation between the Seller and the Customer. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). The Customer may also bring an action in the district court of the Seller's domicile.
